TMAX roll-up garage doors eliminate the long overhead tracks used by conventional sectional doors. The door rolls into a compact housing above the garage, leaving ceiling space available for lighting, lifts, storage or a cleaner finished look.
Each door is manufactured to the project dimensions. The 2026 product catalog documents insulated construction with a non-insulated option, powder-coated finishes, 120V power, and motor placement on either the left or right side.

Stainless-steel tubular motor with standard 120V power; the motor can be installed on either side of the opening.
Single-door packages include handheld, wall-mount, and keychain controls; multi-door configurations use multi-channel controls as documented in the catalog.
Bumper and infrared safety sensors are available/configurable based on the installation.
The current garage-door system is documented as compatible with HomeLink.
Manual override functionality and an override crank handle provide a way to operate the door during a power outage.
Insulated door material is standard in the current catalog, with a non-insulated option also available.
Configure & Price
Use the configurator to select a finish and enter the finished dimensions. TMAX will verify measurements, power side, sensor requirements, mounting conditions, and installation details before the order is finalized.
Door/slat colors and rail/housing colors are separate selections based on the current TMAX product catalog.
Garage-door headroom and side-room requirements must be verified before manufacturing. The product catalog calls for approximately 15.5 in. of headroom and at least 3.75 in. of side room for the illustrated configuration.
Installation is available within the TMAX service area, and garage-door systems can be shipped nationwide for qualified projects.
